• Ensuring your use of the service complies with local laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sync Vault is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, forgotten encryption keys, or issues with third-party cloud providers.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our Professional and Lifetime plans. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
